Having personally lost over 20kg through sustainable lifestyle changes, I understand the challenges that come with weight loss and creating long-term healthy habits. My approach is built around practical nutrition, effective training, and finding a routine that fits your lifestyle rather than taking it over.

As a pharmacist, I have extensive knowledge of health, wellbeing, and disease prevention. I regularly help patients optimise their lifestyle factors to improve their overall health, particularly cardiovascular health, through evidence-based, non-medical interventions.

As a personal trainer at Sisu Fitness on Medway City Estate, I work with clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build confidence, improve your fitness, or simply move more and feel better, I will create a personalised plan that works for you. My sessions are designed to be challenging, rewarding, and most importantly, enjoyable—because consistency comes when you actually look forward to exercising.

Alongside training, I share simple, high-protein recipes and healthier alternatives to your favourite meals, from traditional Punjabi dishes to popular fakeaways, helping you stay on track without feeling restricted.
